Production & Delivery Time Expectations

Cascade offers one of the fastest custom helmet builds available with a standard 48 hour production time (excluding weekends). The fulfillment of your custom helmet is turned over to Cascade once we have processed your order. While we make every effort to submit your order the same business day, please allow a full business day of processing before Cascade begins the build. Your selected shipping method (Next Day, 2 Day Air, Ground, etc) will be applied by Cascade once the helmet is built and released to shipping. From start to ship date, please allow 3-4 business days before your chosen shipping method applies.
